Custom Printed Tapes

Custom Printed Tapes are commonly used by companies to use their logo or brand name to reinforce brand identity on shipments and packaging whilst also including specific information such as company contact details. This serves as a cost-effective marketing tool, making the brand visible during transit and handling. The 3 options available are:

• Polypropylene film with a Hot Melt adhesive is a budget option which provides a strong initial bond making it effective for quick bonding applications in particularly on smooth and non-porous surfaces. These tapes will perform well in room temperature environments but can lose adhesive strength in extreme hot or cold temperatures. Hot melt adhesives typically have a low odor and do not emit volatile organic compounds making them more a environmentally friendly.
• Polypropylene film with a Low Noise Acrylic adhesive is another budget option which bond strength typically increases over time as the adhesive cures making it suitable for rough or porous surfaces. It is designed to unwind quieter where noise levels are a concern, such as in offices or busy warehouses, whilst exhibiting a superior resistance to temperature and environmental factors including UV light and moisture. 
• PVC (Vinyl) film with a Solvent adhesive provides a superior tensile strength making it highly durable and less prone to tearing, whilst maintaining its adhesive properties in warmer conditions and doesn’t become brittle in cold environments. PVC tapes are also quieter to unwind but have the benefit of being hand tear-able and very flexible so they can conform to irregular surfaces, ensuring a tight seal even on uneven or curved surfaces.
